Federal Government's Smart Regulation Report Released

The External Advisory Committee on Smart Regulation, appointed by the Government of Canada has released its report, entitled Smart Regulation: A Regulatory Strategy for Canada. In the words of the committee's chair, Gaëtan Lussier, the report aims "to better align the regulatory system with the fast pace of change, evolving global markets and high citizens' expectations that characterize the 21st century."
