The Smart Tape Centre is dedicated to exploring regulatory theory and ideas. We endeavour to be a major contributor to the learning resources of those concerned with innovative regulation.

We have produced a significant study on key ideas in regulatory innovation as explored in the recent periodical literature, click here.
This study has provided the seeds for our now constantly growing periodical literature reading list, available in our bibliographic database, searchable by author, jurisdiction and thematic keywords, and our toolkit that breaks the material down into areas of focus and technique.
