We have culled from our distinguished Case Studies program those cases that bear specifically upon the tough choices in matters related to regulatory processes and decisions.
Our regulatory profiles (coming) program solicits thoughtful descriptions of challenges, successes and failures in regulatory innovation from top scholars and practitioners.
We provide a toolkit of key concepts and practices in the field, organized with Managerial, Operational and Theoretical focuses (click the appropriate link). Additionally, we offer a literature database, holding hundreds of scholarly works, primarily at this point from periodicals), that are searchable by author, title, jurisdiction and thematic keywords.
Our edited listserv (coming) provides an invaluable tool for practitioners and scholars in the field to deliberate together on the challenges facing those seeking innovative solutions to regulatory challenges: seek help, raise issues, suggest alternatives, discuss options, and coordinate initiatives.
