Gamechanger VignettesWhat is a gamechanger? For the purposes of the New Professional (NP) activities during the 2011 IPAC Conference, a gamechanger is defined as a positive agent of change who has or aims to lead innovative change in the areas of technology, human resources, fiscal management, delivery of social services, business development or policy. The gamechanger criteria are simple. Anyone who would like to self-identify as a public sector agent of change based on their commitment to lead innovative change has the opportunity to do so in a 45-second vignette, which will be showcased leading up to and during the conference. A series of gamechanger vignettes from across Canada, and from IPAC National’s global contact list, will be featured during the conference. The purpose of these vignettes is to promote the NP IGNITE session, which will feature a gamechanger panel, and the Public Service Without Borders session.
